Course Description
The Management Through Leadership short learning course is designed to develop essential leadership capabilities in managers
and supervisors, empowering them to inspire teams, manage operations effectively, and build a high-performance workplace
culture. While management and leadership often overlap, this course clearly distinguishes the unique contributions of both, and
helps participants understand how to blend strategic oversight with motivational leadership.
Participants will explore a wide range of practical topics including leadership styles, communication, time management, staff
motivation, coaching, and dealing with disciplinary issues. The course offers practical tools to guide day-to-day decision-making and
